In October, a group of Sydney-based collectors gathered for a dinner hosted by IWC to celebrate the recent release of the 2016 Pilot Collection. The dinner was held at The Restaurant Pendolino, which specialises in regionally-inspired Italian cuisine and features some of Australia and Italy’s most prestigious extra-virgin olive oils and food and wine products.
The night began with casual conversation and then an introductory video to the pilot collection –
As the waiters came around to take our orders, we had a look at the the new Pilot collection. Our hosts, Christian and Natalia brought along some fantastic pieces including (but not limited to!) a Top Gun Ceramic and special edition Double Chronograph.
Soon after, the food came out and the dishes both looked fantastic and tasted incredible!
